The Happy Princess Club

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By booking or using the services of The Happy Princess Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

The Happy Princess Club provides character entertainment services for parties and events. Services may include character appearances, games, singing, storytelling, photo opportunities, and other activities as agreed upon at the time of booking.

All characters are costumed performers and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any trademarked or copyrighted companies.

• A booking is only confirmed once payment (or required deposit) has been received.
• Full payment may be required before the event date.
• Prices are agreed upon at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
• Payments are non-transferable to another client.

• Cancellations made within [insert number, e.g., 7–14] days of the event may be non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, subject to performer availability.
• In the rare event that The Happy Princess Club must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

The client agrees to:

• Provide a safe, appropriate environment for performers.
• Ensure an adult (18+) is present at all times during the event.
• Supervise children during the performance.
• Ensure pets are secured away from performers unless discussed in advance.

We reserve the right to end a performance early if:

• Performers feel unsafe or harassed
• Children or guests behave aggressively or inappropriately
• Event conditions differ significantly from what was disclosed

No refunds will be issued in these situations.

• Performers will arrive as close as possible to the scheduled time.
• Late arrival caused by incorrect address information or client delays does not guarantee extended performance time.
• Overtime may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

For outdoor events:

• The client must provide suitable shade and weather-appropriate conditions.
• Extreme heat, cold, rain, or unsafe conditions may require modifications or early termination of services for performer safety.

• You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use.
• By booking our services, you grant The Happy Princess Club permission to use non-identifying photos or videos taken at events for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the event.

The Happy Princess Club is not responsible for:

• Injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the event unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
• Allergies, reactions, or sensitivities related to face paint, balloons, or other materials unless disclosed in advance.

Clients agree to hold The Happy Princess Club harmless from any claims arising from the event.

All content, branding, character concepts, costumes, and materials provided by The Happy Princess Club remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
